• Your stock preferences and watchlist (if you share them)
• Messages you send to Cruxer (to provide deep analysis and respond to your requests)

2. What We Don't Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identity information
• We do not access your WhatsApp contacts, photos, or other conversations
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Deliver your daily briefs, weekly digests, and spotlights
• Provide personalised deep analysis when you tap a stock
• Improve the quality and relevance of our intelligence over time

4. Data Storage & Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Messages are processed in real-time and we minimise long-term storage of conversation data. We use trusted infrastructure providers with SOC 2 compliance.

5. Third-Party Services

We use WhatsApp (via Meta's Business API) to deliver messages. Your interactions are also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. We use market data APIs to source financial information but never share your personal data with these providers.

You can at any time:

• Unsubscribe from Cruxer by sending "STOP" on WhatsApp
• Request deletion of all your data by emailing us
• Ask what data we hold about you
