Cruxer is an AI-powered market intelligence service that delivers daily briefs, deep analysis, weekly digests, and spotlights via WhatsApp. Our goal is to help you stay informed about financial markets in less time.

2. Not Financial Advice

Cruxer does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. The insights, analysis, and data we share should not be interpreted as recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.

3. Accuracy & Limitations

We verify every data point before it reaches you, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at all times. Market data may be delayed, and our analysis reflects conditions at the time of generation. Cruxer is not liable for any losses resulting from decisions made based on our content.

4. Beta Service

Cruxer is currently in beta. Features, delivery schedules, and content formats may change as we improve the product. During the beta period, the service is provided free of charge. We'll give advance notice before introducing any paid features.

5. Acceptable Use

By using Cruxer, you agree not to:

• Redistribute or resell Cruxer's content without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our messages
• Abuse the service by sending excessive or abusive messages
• Misrepresent Cruxer's content as your own professional advice

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated by Cruxer — including briefs, analysis, and spotlights — is the intellectual property of Cruxer. You may share individual messages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but bulk redistribution is prohibited.

7. Termination

You can stop using Cruxer at any time by sending "STOP" on WhatsApp. We may also suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cruxer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cruxer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp.
